Terms of Service Treat Yourself Gently™ Membership Terms & Participation Agreement Welcome Treat Yourself Gently™ is a private educational membership for adults seeking self-discovery, personal growth, holistic wellness, and gentle conversations about the realities of being human. Inside this membership, you will find audio teachings, videos, worksheets, journals, reflections, and educational resources designed to support learning, growth, and thoughtful self-reflection. Our hope is simple: To provide a quiet place to learn, reflect, and grow at your own pace. By joining this membership, you acknowledge and agree that: ☑ I am 18 years of age or older. ☑ I understand this membership provides educational content only and is not therapy, counseling, medical care, crisis support, or legal advice. ☑ I understand that Jennifer Tracy, Treat Yourself Gently™, guest contributors, and moderators are not acting as my therapist, physician, counselor, healthcare provider, or legal professional. ☑ I understand that all information shared within this membership is intended for educational and informational purposes only. ☑ I understand that I am responsible for my own decisions, health choices, and well-being. ☑ I understand that participation in this membership does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, coaching, or medical relationship. ☑ I have read and agree to these Membership Terms and Participation Guidelines. This is not a social media platform, a discussion forum, a group therapy program, a coaching relationship, or a peer support group. Members do not communicate with one another within the platform, and there are no public discussions, member messaging features, or group conversations. This design is intentional. For many people, growth happens best in quiet spaces with room to listen, learn, journal, reflect, and move at their own pace without the pressure to participate publicly or share personal experiences. The goal of Treat Yourself Gently™ is to provide thoughtful resources that can support your journey while respecting both your privacy and your pace. Therapy, Coaching, and Professional Support Many members choose to use educational resources alongside therapy, counseling, coaching, support groups, spiritual care, or medical treatment. In my own work and experience, I found that books, reflection exercises, and educational materials often worked best when used alongside professional support rather than in place of it. If you are reading my book, From The Deepest Darkness To The Light of Hope, you may find it especially valuable to work through it with a therapist, counselor, coach, pastor, or another trusted professional who is walking alongside you. The educational materials provided through Treat Yourself Gently™ are intended to complement professional care, not replace it. If You Are In Crisis If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate help. As someone who has personally walked through difficult seasons, I understand that asking for help can feel frightening, vulnerable, and sometimes even disempowering. The systems are not perfect. At the same time, therapists, crisis professionals, hospitals, emergency departments, and crisis teams save lives every day. Please reach out to someone you trust, contact a qualified mental health professional, visit an emergency room, contact emergency services, or use available crisis resources in your area. You deserve support that matches the seriousness of what you are carrying. United States Crisis Resources Emergency or immediate danger: Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor by text message. You do not need to be suicidal to use these services. They are available for emotional distress, overwhelming situations, anxiety, panic, grief, substance use concerns, or simply when you need help getting through the next few moments. You deserve support that matches the seriousness of what you are carrying. Membership Expectations To help maintain the purpose and integrity of this membership, members agree not to: • Share or redistribute paid materials outside the membership without written permission. • Use the membership content as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. • Misrepresent the educational content as treatment recommendations or professional guidance. Treat Yourself Gently™ reserves the right to suspend or remove access in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms. Our Hope For This Space Treat Yourself Gently™ exists to provide education, encouragement, thoughtful reflection, and practical resources for the journey of being human. Come as you are. Grow as you go. Life can be harsh; what might happen if we treat ourselves gently? × Privacy Policy Who we are Suggested text: Our website address is: https://community.treatyourselfgently.com.
